2. What data we collect
Through this website we collect only the data you send us yourself and data about your visit to the site, and only with your consent.
2.1. Data from the contact form
When you fill out the contact form or request a consultation, we collect:
- name
- email address
- phone number
- the content of the message you send us
We use this data exclusively to respond to your inquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. We do not use it to send promotional messages without your consent.
2.2. Website visit data (analytics)
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This involves collecting data such as approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, and the source you arrived at the site from.
If you do not accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics does not run and this data is not collected. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
3. Legal basis for processing

4. How long we keep the data
We keep data from the contact form for no longer than two years from our last communication with you, after which we delete it. If you become our client in the meantime, data related to the business relationship is kept in accordance with accounting and tax regulations.
Data collected through Google Analytics is kept in accordance with that service's settings. You can withdraw your consent for analytics at any time.
5. Who we share data with
We do not share data from the contact form with anyone. The message arrives at our business email address and remains on our hosting provider's server. We do not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
The exception is analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, data about your visit to the site is processed by Google, as the provider of the Google Analytics service.
We may disclose data to a competent government authority only if we are obligated to do so by law.
6. Where the data is stored
The website and business email are hosted with the hosting provider Plus Hosting, whose servers are located in a TIER 3 data center in the Republic of Serbia, connected directly to the domestic internet exchange point (SOX). This means that data from the contact form does not leave Serbia.
Data collected through Google Analytics is processed on Google's infrastructure, which may also be located outside the Republic of Serbia.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection, with respect to your data you have the right to:
- access - to find out what data we hold about you;
- rectification - to have inaccurate data corrected;
- erasure - to have your data deleted;
- restriction of processing - to temporarily halt processing;
- object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdrawal of consent at any time, without giving a reason.

8. Right to complain
If you believe that we are not processing your data in accordance with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11120 Belgrade.
9. Data security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, and business email is transmitted over an encrypted SMTP connection. Only employees who need access for their work have access to messages from the contact form.
10. Changes to this policy
We may occasionally amend this policy, for example if we introduce a new service or tool. The date of the last change is always shown at the top of the page.
