Integrations are a key component for improving business efficiency and optimizing the fleet. The PratiMe system enables a wide range of integrations with different software and logistics platforms, allowing companies to easily connect GPS vehicle tracking with their existing business processes. Whether you need integration with accounting systems, freight exchanges or tachographs, the PratiMe system provides solutions adaptable to your needs.
Why are integrations important for fleet management?
Integrations enable simple connection of data from different systems into a single platform, reducing the need for manual data entry and increasing accuracy in your business. For example, connecting the vehicle tracking system with ERP or accounting systems enables automatic data synchronization with costs, fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance. This gives managers a clearer overview and helps them make decisions that optimize fleet use.
Integrations also reduce the risk of errors and save time that would otherwise be spent on administrative tasks.
Key integrations offered by the PratiMe system
PratiMe offers a wide range of integrations with various platforms that cover every aspect of fleet management. Some of the key integrations include:
Integration is also available with the NIC-place and Geoface platforms, and the list keeps growing. If the platform you use is not listed, ask us.
These integrations enable more efficient fleet management, resource optimization and improved operational efficiency, significantly reducing costs and increasing productivity.
Electronic tolls, transport reporting and custom integrations
The existing GPS device in the vehicle can be integrated with the Hungarian HU-GO and Polish e-TOLL electronic toll systems, as well as the Polish SENT system for transport monitoring and reporting. No additional device needs to be installed, only the appropriate integration is required. How HU-GO works in practice is described on the HU-GO Hungarian toll page.
For specific needs, custom integrations are also built through the API and an API key, depending on which data needs to be exchanged with your ERP, TMS or other business system. The same rule applies there: an integration uses the data the device already sends, so there is no extra equipment in the vehicle, only configuration on the platform side.
Tracking and optimizing logistics through integrations
Logistics platforms such as Sixfold and Project 44 allow companies to track shipments and optimize delivery processes. Integrating the PratiMe system with these platforms lets users track shipment status, vehicle locations and delivery predictions in real time. This provides greater control over logistics processes, reduces delays and increases customer satisfaction.
These integrations also enable simple resource planning, reducing operating costs and increasing efficiency.
Integrations with various software systems are key for optimizing business in the field of transport and logistics. The PratiMe system enables companies to easily connect their vehicle tracking systems with existing accounting and logistics platforms, providing full control over all aspects of the fleet. Automatic data synchronization reduces administrative tasks and enables precise tracking of vehicle performance.

Frequently asked questions about integrations
Which transport and logistics platforms can be integrated?
Many systems, including LKW WALTER, TIMOCOM, Trans.eu, project44, NIC-place and Geoface. Data such as the vehicle's current location is forwarded automatically, with no additional devices and no manual entry.
Can you build an integration with our software?
Yes. Custom integrations are done through the API and an API key, depending on the data that needs to be exchanged with your ERP, TMS or other business system.
Can the device be used for electronic toll payment?
Yes. The existing device integrates with the Hungarian HU-GO and Polish e-TOLL toll systems, as well as the Polish SENT transport reporting system, with no additional device installed in the vehicle.
Does an integration require extra equipment in the vehicle?
No. Integrations use the data the device already sends, so only configuration on the platform side is needed.
