That is why we do not sell pre-packaged bundles: the starting price is the same for everyone, and the exact monthly amount comes in a quote for your specific fleet, usually after one short conversation. This page explains what is charged, what moves the price and how the process works.

What the price includes, item by item
This is how the cost is structured. The amounts depend on your fleet and appear in the quote, but the items are always the same.

Buying or renting the device
This is the first question almost every caller asks, so here is the difference up front.
Buying the device
You pay for the device once and it is yours. The monthly subscription is lower, so buying pays off for fleets that keep their vehicles for years and want the smallest monthly cost.
Renting the device
No upfront investment: the device is part of the monthly subscription. A good fit when the fleet is growing, vehicles change often, or you do not want to tie up cash in equipment.
In both cases the platform, the modules and the support are exactly the same. If you are not sure which suits you, the quote shows both models so you can compare them on your own numbers.
What moves the price
- Number of vehicles - larger fleets get a better price per vehicle.
- Buying or renting the device - buying the device lowers the monthly subscription.
- Modules - fuel probes, tachograph, temperature sensors and cameras are added as needed.
- Vehicle type - cars, trucks, construction machinery and agricultural machinery need different equipment.
- Countries you drive in - standard coverage includes Serbia, the EU, the UK, Scandinavia and Russia; other markets get a separate package.

Is there a contractual commitment?
The 15-day trial carries no obligation at all. You receive the subscription terms and notice period in the quote, before you sign anything, so there are no surprises later.
Can I start with a single vehicle?
Yes. You can start with one vehicle and add more later; larger fleets get a better price per vehicle.
What happens when I sell a vehicle?
The device is not tied to the vehicle. Let us know when you change vehicles and we arrange a time to move the device to the new one.
Does the price apply when the vehicle drives abroad?
Yes. The SIM card in the device works in roaming, and standard coverage includes Serbia, the EU countries, the UK, the Scandinavian countries and Russia at no extra charge. For other markets we prepare a separate package. The technical side is explained in how GPS vehicle tracking works.
Is installation included in the price?
Installation is done at your location, at a time we agree, and appears as a separate item in the quote, so you know the total onboarding cost in advance.
How much does a fuel probe or the tachograph module cost?
Modules are added on top of the basic subscription and charged per vehicle. The amount depends on the vehicle and the equipment (a probe, for example, needs tank installation and calibration), so it comes in the quote rather than a generic price list. How can I lower the monthly cost?
By buying the device instead of renting it, by having more vehicles on the same subscription, and by taking only the modules you actually need. Modules can be added later.
Do I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. The subscription is invoiced monthly to your company, and the equipment according to the chosen model: once when buying, or through the monthly subscription when renting.
What if I do not go ahead after the trial?
We remove the equipment and you pay nothing. The trial exists so you can see the system on your own vehicles, not to tie you down.
